All our instructors hold Government Accredited Pilates Qualifications at either Diploma or advanced Diploma level.

Our studio is easily accessible by car or public transport. By train, our studio is a short 5-minute walk from South Yarra Train Station. By tram, Route 58 connects clients from Melbourne to Toorak, with the closest stop being Tivoli Rd. Stop 129. The most effective way to focus on your own unique needs and advance your own skills. The session is personalised with one-to-one attention.
2:1 GROUP
CLASS
2:1 group classes or semi- private classes have 2 clients to one instructor. Using mats, resistance springs and specialised equipment to elongate and tone the entire body.
3:1 GROUP
CLASSES
Our group sessions have no more than 3 people in the class and each client has a prescribed tailored program to meet their individual needs and goals.
PILATES 4
SPORTS
Pilates can help improve performance in a range of sports, including (but not limited to) cycling, by teaching the athlete how to:
-engage their powerhouse
-establish pelvic stability
-enhance their body awareness
-improve flexibility
